ReeLee is a short drama entertainment service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use ReeLee.

1. Eligibility

By accessing or using ReeLee, you represent that you meet the age suitability and eligibility requirements shown on the official Apple App Store or Google Play listing applicable to your platform and region.

2. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Service Description

ReeLee is a short drama entertainment platform that allows users to browse, watch, purchase, and manage access to short-form video content and related services.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain content or features may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchase. Prices, billing terms, and available plans may change from time to time. Purchases are subject to the applicable app store terms and payment platform rules.

5. Account Information and Support

You may provide limited account-related information and customer support materials through ReeLee. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information you submit to us.

6. Intellectual Property

ReeLee, including its app, website, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and audiovisual content, is owned by Digipal Tech Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of ReeLee or its content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Create harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading material.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
• Upload unauthorized copyrighted materials or violate others' rights.

We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

8. Content and Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ReeLee at any time. Content availability may vary by location, platform, language, or subscription plan.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using ReeLee at any time and may request account deletion through the app or at https://reelee.tv/delete-account.

ReeLee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digipal Tech Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of ReeLee.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digipal Tech Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of ReeLee.
• Information or materials you submit to ReeLee.
• Your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ReeLee after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
