Delete Account

Effective Date: May 2026

ReeLee users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data either from inside the app or by contacting our support team.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Open ReeLee and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

2. Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your ReeLee account with the subject line Delete my ReeLee account.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before we complete the request.

3. What we delete

  • Account profile data, including username, email address, and profile details.
  • Authentication records associated with the deleted account.
  • Viewing history, saved preferences, and other account-related activity data that is not required to be retained.
  • Support records that are only needed for normal account servicing.

4. What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment reconciliation, security, or legal compliance.

  • Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before deletion.
  • Financial or legal records may be retained for as long as required by law.
  • Transaction, security, or compliance records may be retained where required.
